We are currently in the midst of a number of exciting fundraising campaigns. We are currently seeking driven, outgoing candidates to join these campaigns. We have a number of vacancies for fundraisers with our Events Fundraising teams (attending various events around the country representing our charity partners), Street Fundraising teams and Door to Door Fundraising teams in Limerick.
 
We are currently looking for candidates who are available for a minimum of three months as the opportunity for long term positions is available.
 
Although Full-time hours are guaranteed, your actual working hours and work patterns could be irregular subject to the needs of the business.
 
We provide all of our staff with opportunities for personal development through ongoing training, coaching and skills-sharing sessions, in addition to training opportunities with our charity partners. We also offer excellent promotional opportunities, as many of our fundraisers and Team Leaders have taken on leading roles within the company. With our generous bonus scheme your earnings are uncapped.
 
Requirements:
 
No Experience necessary, however we are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to work in fun, professional teams to campaign and fundraise for leading non-profit and charitable organisations.
 
Applicant must also have:
 
- Confidence and excellent Communication skills

- High level of Self-Motivation and Ambition.

-  A genuine desire to Over-achieve.

-  Fluent in Speaking, Reading and Writing English.

-  Eligibility to work in Ireland as we only accept applicant’s with valid work permits, where required.

 

Desirable:
 
-  We are particularly interested in speaking to successful sales and promotions people, particularly those who have done public promotions. However experience is not absolutely necessary as full training will be provided to the right candidates.

-  A Full Driving Licence is desirable as the use of a company car is on offer to fundraisers who are promoted to team leaders.
 
Benefits:

 

All of our fundraisers are PAYE employees. Benefits on offer are a solid basic wage of €350 per week. Coupled with our generous bonus scheme, average earnings are €500 + per week (more for team leaders) while many of our fundraisers earn €800 - €1000 per week on a regular basis. As well as this you will have travel opportunities (with accommodation and transport provided), leadership opportunities, the chance for personal development and to have a lot of fun along the way while helping great causes. Furthermore, this is an ideal role from the point of view of developing your confidence and communication skills.
