	Lobby Waiter / Waitress required for Herbert Park Hotel JOB DESCRIPTION   Job Title:  Lobby Waiter / Waitress   Purpose of job: To serve food and beverage at Herbert Park Hotel in accordance with standards and policies set up. To follow through service, hygiene and lobby standards as set out by the manager and the hotel.   Responsible to: General Manager, Operations Manager, Duty Managers, Lobby Supervisor   Minimum requirement: At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel   Key Communications:  Lobby Supervisor, Operations and Kitchen.   Roles & Responsibilities • Seat and greet all guests entering the Lobby • Ensure food and beverage are seved in accordance to standard operating procedures • Monitor food presentation and flow of service. • Ensure guest satisfaction. • Ensure SOP is kept up to date and adhered to.     Location   Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 Payment DOE Category Hotels, Restaurants / Catering.
